LFG List Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LFG List, a project and task tracking application.

Acceptance

By using LFG List, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

LFG List helps users manage projects and items. The app stores project data through the LFG List backend and uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs through your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Deciding which users may view or edit shared projects.
  • Ensuring that project content you add is lawful and appropriate.
  • Keeping your sign-in provider account secure.

Project Data

Project data may include project names, item titles, descriptions, labels, comments, activity history, member information, images or files, and related metadata.

Project owners and authorized members control access through LFG List project membership and roles.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LFG List to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Upload or share content you do not have the right to use.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Distribute malware or harmful code.
  • Attempt to interfere with the app, hosting infrastructure, backend services, or other users' accounts.
  • Misrepresent your identity or authorization to access a project.

Report suspected violations of these rules to abuse@lfglist.com.

Availability and Changes

LFG List may change, break, or become unavailable. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

App functionality may depend on authentication providers, hosting providers, backend infrastructure, browser behavior, and network connectivity.

No Professional Advice

LFG List is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal, financial, security, compliance, or professional advice.

Third-Party Services

LFG List uses third-party services for authentication, hosting, backend API hosting, database storage, and file storage. These may include Firebase services, Google Cloud services, MongoDB services, and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

LFG List offers Free and Pro plans. Current plan features, limits, and web pricing are published at https://lfglist.com/pricing/.

LFG Pro subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Web purchases are sold and processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Android purchases are processed by Google Play. The applicable payment provider handles payment collection, taxes, receipts, cancellations, and refunds under its buyer terms and policies. LFG List uses RevenueCat to coordinate subscription status across supported platforms.

Prices and plan features may change. Any price change applies prospectively and will be communicated or consented to where required by law or the applicable payment provider.

Privacy

LFG List's Privacy Policy explains how the app accesses and uses information. By using LFG List, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

LFG List is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFG Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of LFG List.

Termination

You may stop using LFG List at any time. LFG List may restrict or discontinue access if required by law, if the app is discontinued, or if these Terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
