LFG List Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel LFG Pro at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain Pro access until that period ends unless a refund or payment-provider decision ends access earlier.

• For web purchases, use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle Buyer Support.
• For Android purchases, manage the subscription through Google Play.
• If you cannot locate the purchase, contact support@lfglist.com.

Deleting the LFG List app or your account does not by itself cancel a subscription. Cancel the subscription through the payment provider first.

Refunds

For a web purchase, you may cancel your agreement and request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. Request the refund through Paddle Buyer Support or the support link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle processes eligible refunds as merchant of record under the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.

After the 14-day period, Paddle may still approve a refund where its policies, applicable law, or the circumstances of a material technical problem require one.

Android purchases are sold through Google Play rather than Paddle. Request an Android refund through Google Play under its applicable refund policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and payment method where possible. Access to LFG Pro may end when a refund is issued.

Billing Problems

If LFG Pro is not available after a successful payment, contact support@lfglist.com. Include the email address associated with LFG List and the payment provider's transaction or order reference. Do not send complete card or bank-account details.
