LFG List Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your LFG List account and associated data.

How To Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, email privacy@lfglist.com from the email address associated with your LFG List account.

Include the following information:

The email address for the LFG List account you want deleted.
A clear statement that you want your LFG List account deleted.

If you cannot send the request from the account email address, include enough information for us to reasonably verify that you own the account before deletion is performed.

What Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, LFG List deletes:

Your LFG List user account record.
Your Firebase Authentication account for LFG List.
Projects that you own, including their items, comments, labels, members, and related metadata.
Files and images attached to projects that you own.
Access tokens issued for your account.

What May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, support records, or service integrity. Residual copies may also remain in backups or system logs until those records expire or are overwritten.

Content in projects owned by another user may remain available to that project owner and other authorized project members unless the project owner removes it or requests deletion.

Deleting Some Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can delete or modify individual project and item data inside LFG List where the app gives you permission to do so. You can also email privacy@lfglist.com to request help with specific data deletion.
